Refund policy

We want you to absolutely LOVE your purchase! That said, we do accept returns as long as they meet the following criteria: 
  • Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be in original packaging and in new and unworn condition with all tags still attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please initiate the return through your registered account. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost of the item(s) back to the store.
  • Customer will be refunded store credit after the item(s) has been inspected and approved by our team (minus the initial cost of shipping) and will be required to pay for shipping back to Goldi/MyDry.  Your store credit does not expire. Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed.  
  • All accessories and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Damages and Issues 
    Please inspect your order within 48 hours upon receiving your item(s) and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
